Design SaaS for Independent course creators who takes live classes.

Project Goal

The goal of this project is to offer individual course creators a seamless experience throughout their course creation, conduct class, student management, marketing, and payment handling processes.

Design Process

After receiving the brief from the stakeholder, we divided the entire timeline into 3-4 day segments. We began by understanding the business scope in comparison to existing solutions in the market. Following that, we compiled a list of potential mentors and conducted interviews with them. Based on these interviews and competitor analysis, we finalized the platform's features and user flow.
We then proceeded to create wireframes and the initial design draft. After the first draft of the design, we invited some of our interview participants for usability testing to gather their feedback for further improvements. Following another design iteration, we arrived at the final design for the platform.
